Dr. Jones received his DMD from the University of Louisville (1978) and completed a Residency in Pediatric Dentistry from Indiana University (1980). He obtained a Certificate in Dental Health Services Research (1989: Harvard University), EdD in Higher Education (1993: Indiana University) and PhD in Biological Sciences (2003: Empresarial University). He completed a United States Congressional Fellowship in 2000, with Senior Indiana Senator Richard Lugar, Washington, DC. He was Dean of the School of Health Sciences, Indiana-Purdue University (1993-2005) and is presently Professor and Chair of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry, IU School of Dentistry and Clinical Professor of Pediatrics, IU School of Medicine. He has published over 95 articles, book chapters and research abstracts in the dental, medical and education literature and obtained over 6.4 million dollars in educational, service, training and research grants. He has presented over 140 courses in the United States, the Caribbean, Europe and the Middle East on a variety of topics related to higher education. He is Professor of Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics and Implant Dentistry at Jordan University of Science and Technology, holds PhD in Prosthodontics, Queens University/Belfast, UK in 2001, Fellowship of The International Academy of Dento Facial Esthetics (FIADFE) in 2012 and Fellowship of the International College of Dentists FICD/2015. He is the President of Jordanian Section of International Association for Dental Research. He is Jordan’s Representative at OSAP( Organization for Safety and Asepsis Procedures). Dimitrios Tziafas is Professor of Endodontics and director of the Master of Science in Endodontics Program of European University College at Dubai, DHCC, UAE. He served as Head of the Department of Endodontology at the School of Dentistry, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (1999-2013) and Chairman of the Postgraduate Program of School of Dentistry, Thessaloniki, Greece (2007-2013). Dr Tziafas worked as a visiting researcher in the Institute Biologie Medicale, Faculte de Medecine, Universite Louis Pasteur, Strasbourg, France, and served as the National Representative of Greece in European Committee research networks. He was a board member of the IADR/Continental European Division and served as the President of IADR – Continental European Division (2006-2008). He is member of Research Committee of European Society of Endodontology. He has published eight invited reviews in internationally-recognized biomedical and dental journals, over 50 peer-reviewed research papers, and textbooks chapters or monographs relating to pulp biology, while he has been Guest Editor of the Journal Advances in Dental Research, Volume 15, 2001, on Dentin repair and regeneration.

Dr. Tziafas’ research interests include biology of dentin-pulp complex and regeneration and pathogenesis of pulp inflammation.

Anas H. Al-Mulla graduated from King Saud University Dental School, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 2003. He obtained his Specialty in Orthodontics and his Masters in Cariology in 2009 from University of Gothenburg, Gothenburg, Sweden. His Ph.D. degree in Cariology was obtained from the same university in 2010. Dr. Al-Mulla has devoted his time for research and applying modern orthodontics, caries risk and prevention in orthodontic patients has been his major concern. He is a reviewer in few orthodontic journals, such as Angle Orthodontics, American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, Orthodontics - The art and practice of dentofacial enhancement (formerly World Journal of rthodontics) and Journal of Orthodontics.

Research activities focus mainly on health policies, health surveillance, and the development of technical support and assistance to national surveillance systems, with the aim of helping national capacities carry out situation analyses and assess the trends they bring to light. This has led to my leading or coordinating a number of international (ICSII, LLL), European (EGOHID, ESCARCEL …) and African (NOMA) research programmes.

Prof. & Dr. Leesungbok is Head Professor at the Department of Prosthodontics, Kyung Hee University School of Dentistry, Seoul, South Korea He is also the head at the Center of implant & Esthetic Dentistry and President of Kyung Hee University Dental Hospital at Gangdong, Seoul, South Korea. His specialties are in the areas of Implant Dentistry, Maxillofacial Prosthodontics, and Human Jaw Function & Occlusion. He is a board member of the IRPMD(international research project for magnetic dentistry), and a fellow and education delegate of ITI(international team for implantology). Dr. Muhammed Mustahsen Rahman was graduated as a Bachelor of Dentistry from Sindh University Pakistan. He has completed is Ph.D from Hacettepe University Ankara, Turkey in the year 1989. He is a Dean & Professor in RAKCODS Medical & Health Sciences University UAE. Worked as a clinician, teacher and administrative for dental profession. He has a total of 19 publications in national and international journals. The area of study was Correlation between periodontal diseases and other systemic disease. He was awarded from World Medical Council, MEDI BIZ TV, Life Time Achievement Awards for Services, 2014.

Dr. Henryk Matusiewicz is professor of chemistry in the Department of Analytical Chemistry at Poznan University of Technology, Poland. He has published over 150 original publications in the area of trace element analytical chemistry, 10 authoritative reviews, 9 invited book chapters and co-edited one book. He has presented over 100 contributed or invited talks at national and international conferences and symposia on spectroscopy and analytical chemistry. He was a postdoctoral research associate at the Department of Chemistry, Colorado State University, USA (1975-1978) and in the Department of Chemistry, University of Massachusetts, USA (1982-1984), International Visiting Scientist at the Elemental Analysis Research Center, US Food and Drug Administration, Cincinnati, USA (1984-1985), Distinguished Visiting Scientist at the National Research Council of Canada, Institute for Environmental Chemistry, Ottawa, Canada (1988-1986, 2011; 3 months each year), Visiting Professor (DAAD) at the University of Hannover, the University of Dortmund and at Max-Planck-Institute für Metallforschung, Dortmund, Germany (1992) and Visiting Professor at the University of Oviedo, Spain (1997). Prof. Matusiewicz has served on the Editorial Advisory Boards of Journal of Analytical Atomic Spectrometry (1988-1997), Spectrochimica Acta Part B (1995-2000) and serves on the Editorial Advisory Boards of Microchemical Journal, Applied Spectroscopy Reviews, The Open Analytical Chemistry Journal and Austin Journal of Analytical & Pharmaceutical Chemistry. He is a member of the Committee of Analytical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences and Chairman of Trace Analysis Commision.

Development and application of novel analytical methodologies: modern methods of sample preparation, development of spectrochemical methods for the quantification of elements, application of analytical methods to problems of environmental, biological and clinical chemistry and inorganic trace and ultratrace analysis, including speciation analysis and fractionation are his main research interests.

Dr Julian Holmes qualified from the Sheffield Medical Schools (UK) in Dentistry in 1985. He has been involved in health care for over 30 years and has lectured and presented clinical research around the world. With over 60 published Journal Papers, chapter contributions to text books, articles and abstracts, he is considered one of the leading researchers in this field. Dr Holmes is Past-President of the International Association for Ozone in Healthcare (IAOH), the Scientific Officer to the Ozone Association of South Africa (OASA), and holds memberships of the America Academy of Ozone Therapy (AAOT), South African Academy of Integrative Medicine (SAAIM), and the South African Natural Healers Association (SANHA). He works from his clinic in Cape Town, South Africa.

Dr. Kamis Gaballah is currently Associate Professor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Ajman University, UAE. Since graduation on 1993 Dr. Gaballah showed a great interest in the field of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for which he was extensively trained and practiced in many countries including Libya, Egypt, Ireland, United Kingdom, Norway and UAE. During his surgical training he was awarded with the fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in both England and Ireland. Dr. Gaballah was also formally trained in Oral Medicine at the Trinity College Dublin of the Ireland. Up on his completion of the professional surgical training and practicing for several years in the field, he has joined the University of London for intensive and novel research on the cancer gene therapy. His research work focused on the use of the tissue engineering, virus-mediated gene therapy for head and neck cancer and oral potentially malignant lesions and also the inhibition of angiogenesis to prevent the recurrence of head and neck cancer in surgically treated patients. He has published his novel research outcome in highly-ranked journals and his papers were cited by significant number of authors all over the world. His academic interest was expanded to include the higher education teaching and learning for which he was formally trained at the University of London and warded with membership of the UK council of higher education before joining the King’s College London as a Clinical Lecturer in Oral Surgery.

Dr. Jehad Al Sukhun is a British / Jordanian oral and maxillofacial surgeon with a Master’s degree in oral and maxillofacial surgery from the University of Manchester and a PhD from the University of London in the United Kingdom. He has gained a number of fellowships and professional memberships in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. During his PhD studies at the University of London, he obtained in-depth knowledge and experience in maxillofacial Implantology and computer aided surgery using Finite Element Analysis. He worked at well reputed academic University Hospitals in the UK e.g. Royal Manchester University Hospital, Royal Surrey County Hospital and a UAE University College, Dubai. He has gained significant clinical experience in specialized dentistry, Implantology, oncology, trauma, Orthognathic surgery, reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery. He developed particular interest on the use of bioresorbable plates for reconstructing orbital fractures. During his work in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery, Professor Al-Sukhun produced more than 45 papers published in international peer review journals. Professor Al Sukhun sits on the editorial board of a number of well recognized journals in Oral and maxillofacial surgery.

Dr. Hasan Alkumru was the Vice Dean and Head of Prosthodontics at Marmara University in Istanbul-Turkey prior to coming to Canada. Dr. Alkumru was the Head of Department of Prosthodontics and Director of Graduate Prosthodontics Program and Director of Implant Prosthodontics Unit at The University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry in between 2011- 2014. Dr. Alkumru helped to develop a clinical program in the Department of Dentistry in Mount Sinai Hospital Toronto in 2010-11 to include advanced oral rehabilitation cases. He was transferred to University of Western Ontario and moved to London ON in September 2014. He is also giving Continuing Education Lectures throughout Ontario approved by Royal College of Dentists of Canada.Dr. Alkumru is a registered Specialist in Prosthodontics in Canada and fellow of Royal College of Dentists of Canada.
